What is a locale?
A locale is a general area to which resources are related. For example, Orlando as a locale could have resources from the cities of Orlando, Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee all related to it. This allows the user to create named areas that are not specific to say the City of the resource's address.
This concept enables sophisticated searches of resources in a given area without the restrictions of varying city addresses in an area.
