Why aren’t my contacts transferring throughout the system?
The contact's personal information is stored in the master People database, accessible through the People module. The Contact list in the Meetings module is germane to the current meeting only they do not transfer throughout the system. This way a person can be a contact for different reasons in separate meetings.
