Add a Hotel
In your "Meeting Setup" Nav bar, click on "Hotel". You may begin to enter your hotel information on this form.
- "Including This Hotel" will include the Hotel in the DropDown selection box on the registration form. You may chose to exclude this hotel until later by selecting "No"
- You may order your hotels in the DropDown selection box on the registration form if you would like to. Leave this option alone if you are using one hotel.
- Checking "Yes" to Default this hotel will prevent the registrant from having to chose a hotel on the registration form. The hotel name will still appear on the form and other choices for hotels will be available if they are created.
- Hotel Name: enter your own hotel or choose one from the list. Enter any address information for record keeping only. The address information will not appear anywhere else in GoldReg.
Rooming Requirements:
- Enter your Room Types associated for the hotel you are setting up. Include associated charges, as well. Note: These room charges will NOT be applied to total fees calculated by GoldReg. Room charges will be for display purporses only.
Hotel Policy:
- Policy information is for record keeping purposes only. This information and dates entered will not affect any performances of GoldReg.
Hotel Room Block:
- Select "Yes" for Activate Waitlist to trigger this option
- Enter the date, number of rooms, and attrition percentage
- When the Number of Reserved Rooms reaches the attrition percentage, the "Send Room Block Warnings To" Email Address will receive an email alert. Upon 100% attrition, the REGISTRANT will be "waitlisted" and will have the option to return to the registration form and change hotel dates, choose no hotel or change any other information allowed.
Hotel Rooming Information:
- A place to enter instructions. No data except for "Send Room Block Warning To" will be used for reporting or download.
