Why isn’t the hotel that I put in showing up?
Hotels are Resources that provide sleeping accommodations. If you added a hotel directly in the Resources module, you may have neglected to check the Hotel checkbox. If you added the hotel by way of entering the information as the company a contact works for, the company must be made a Resource and a Hotel.
To do this you can click the  in the Hotels tab in the Meetings module and select the hotel name from the Resources or Company list. Another option is to go directly to the Resources module and find the resource and check the hotel checkbox or click the  and select the company and make it a resource and then check the hotel checkbox.
